To work in Germany as a TEFL teacher where should I go to get my certification? I am a recent graduate from college and I want to live in Germany with my spouse the best job available is to work as a TEFL teacher/tutor where's the best place to go to obtain one? I currently live in Los Angeles California.

Your should get a CELTA or DELTA qualification from a recognized course provider. (Here is a link with a bit more information on CELTA's http://www.http://seemoreplaces.com/blog/?p=27) You may have a little difficulty getting a job in Germany however if you are not an EU passport holder. This does not mean it is not possible, just more difficult. I hope this has been useful to you.

How many hours per week can an international student work in Germany?
I am planning to study abroad in Germany and want to know how many hours per week can an international student work. And how is the job market for part timers in Germany. Thanks you very much for your time.

Not hours a week, exchange students get 90 working days for the duration of their studies in Germany. If you were an international degree-seeking student, going to get your degree there you could get up to 20 hours per week, but exchange students only get the 90 working days, and there is probably an hour limit in there somewhere as well. You will have to speak German near fluently to work there, unless you are tutoring English or something like that. Business have to do a load of paperwork to hire international students, and most will not mess with it.

Do Americans need visas to stay and WORK in Germany for more than 3 months?
I already posted a question similar but I didn't mention the WORK part. Does it make a difference if I'm working and staying there longer than 3 months?? Anyone know? Thanks

Americans can visit Germany for tourism for up to 90 days without a visa. Americans may not work while there under those circumstances. If you wish to legally reside and work in Germany, you will require specific authorization. You may apply for your residence and work permit while remaining in Germany as a visitor, but you are not allowed to work until after the work and residence permit applications have been approved.

Just in addition, I would recomend you to visit the official web of the German Foreing Affairs Ministry (Auswärtiges Amt). You can find there, all you need to know and the Info is also in English.
