Does anyone know if an i phone that's bought here in the US would work in Germany? I mean, would it get service there and could it be used there? Thanks! My son knows how to unlock it. I just want to know if it's possible to use an i phone that's bought here in Germany.

most likely not. it has to be unlocked first. but after that - assuming u manage to do it, then yes, it will work.
