If I work in Germany as a nurse, could i move back to America and work as a nurse, or would I have to?
study it again, cause the words are different, that I studied in Germany?

I'm pretty sure you'd be going back to school before you could work as a nurse in The States. Just my humble opinion.

Hm.... You possibly would have to restudy the language if you want to work in America unless you can speak English fluidly.

I do believe(I could be wrong) that they will let you as long as you take the certification test. I also think there's another test since you studied in a foreign country. I know that doctors can though it's hard process.

Errrm probably able to speak English and degree in engineering.

It depends on what type of engineer you will be, most engineer people I know have a bachelors and a masters.

Extensive experience in goose-stepping and book burning.
6 :
German engineers are the best in the world, and will not tolerate contamination by substandard engineers from substandard engineer schools. Furthermore, even if you have graduated with high grades, you still are not a good engineer unless you know how to practice what you've learned in a practical manner.

can you live and work in Germany as a citizen in France?
I've asked a similar question like this before, but i would like to know more.

Any citizen of any EU country is free to live and work in any other EU country. PS: except for citizens from some of the new member countries in Eastern Europe.

yes ... France is in the schengen zone, it is okay. ps: you used to could not just go to any country to work that were not in the # now # schengen zone or to the UK ! now the UK is in the European Union, people from Europe can move freely to all countries included in the EUROPEAN UNION (for your info below me )! and i know that the UK is not in the schengen zone. i understood is was about a visa....

Most likely not. You will need a phone from verizon that is designated as a "World Phone". TMobile is the major cell phone provider in Germany, and they use a different radio type and frequency than Verizon does, so you need a world phone from Verizon or a phone from ATT or TMobile USA to work in Germany.
