our company want to send a employee to Germany to school for two weeks ? is this possible and will he be detained or sought after the whole time ? dose he just obtain a passport like everyone else ? Thanks he was on probation not parole and has finished almost five years ago with no problems,

if he is on parole then NO, if he is finished with parole i dont see why he couldnt leave the country. Best to call your parole officer and ask him.

There should be no trouble with travel, but he MUST remember to notify the authorities where he is registered, IN PERSON, of his travel plans.
